Day 36 - "Sing"

I’ve recently started writing spoken word poetry. Although this is a rough-record, I’ve decided to post it, as a testament to everything I’ve learned in 2014.

The poem is called “Sing” and is inspired by something a friend of mine once said while quoting Henry David Thoreau, as well as the poem "Earworm" performed by Hear Here Poetry at the 2014 National Poetry Slam .

I hope that 2015 brings you the courage to sing every song that’s been building inside you and is bursting to be bellowed to the world.

Cheers, loves.
