I have learned that sometimes we begin something we believe will lead us somewhere great, but often that greatness arrives in a completely different way than we expected it to - and sometimes, before we recognize this greatness for what it is, it looks like failure.
I have learned that love and loss are equal parts of this beautiful life, and they create the balance that builds us.
I have learned that when we celebrate, the world celebrates with us.
I have learned that, sometimes, fear is a warning. And, sometimes, when we ignore this warning, and we push through fear, we fall. But when fear is just fear, and we push through it, sometimes we fly.
I have learned that putting off happiness until tomorrow - by thinking we are working for it today - builds a life of tunnels with a distant light that only grows father away.
I have learned to sing the melody of my own wayward soul in such a way that other ears also find it beautiful.
